Since 2005, Michael Rieger has been a postdoc in Timm Schroeder´s lab at the Institute of Stem Cellⁱ Research, Helmholtz Center München, German Research Center for Environmental Health, Munich, Germany.  His research interests are cytokine function in lineageⁱ control of normal and malignant hematopoiesis and behavioral differences of leukemic and normal hematopoietic stem cells
