Cell Culture 2012

Date & time:
2 Feb 2012 (All day) - 3 Feb 2012 (All day)

Cell Culture 2012, being held in San Diego, CA,  will deliver an array of innovative talks from a collection of international academic and industry experts. It will explore the current topic of 3D cell culture systems which see cells placed into 3D surroundings. Alongside this, the conference will investigate novel system approaches for the monitoring of cells, explore a number of strategies for the culturing of cells and then will touch upon optimising process development and the manipulation of cultured cells.

A variety of techniques and new technologies will be revealed on how research scientists can increase production yield and accelerate the process of culturing cells. This conference will also consider key problems scientists face when culturing cells, such as cell line cross contamination. Methods to address this all too familiar problem will then be discussed. In addition, this meeting will examine the current status of cell culture systems as well as attempting to predict future prospects within this ground breaking area.

Agenda Topics

  • 3D Cell Culture
  • Application & Manipulation of Cultured Cells
  • Preventing Cell Line Cross Contamination
  • Future Prospects for Cell Culture Systems
  • Cell Line Development & Culture Strategies
