'Practical Training Course on Human Pluripotent Stem Cells - Principles and Practice'

This hands-on 2 day course covers all the practical aspects of culturing human ES and iPS cell and analysis for basic characterization. The course is particularly useful for researchers (at every level) getting established with all the practical aspects of pluripotenti stem cell culturei.  Topics covered include: Setting up the lab, derivation and maintenance of hES and IPS cellsi, media preparation; feeder cells; cell differentiationi strategies; basic characterization with antibody markers; cryopreservation; quality control; obtaining hES cell lines.           
 
Cost £600 (excluding accommodation).

We are usually oversubscribed on these courses and therefore recommend early application.
