Call now closed
The European Stem Cell Group aims to bring together basic stem cell researchers from across Europe. Its goal is to drive fundamental research
by forging new relationships between researchers, and encouraging cross-disciplinary collaboration.
The Group was founded in 2009 and is coordinated by EuroSyStem, the European Federation for Systematic Stem Cell Biology. EuroSyStem is an EU-funded project running from 2008 to 2012. It involves 25 research groups from leading institutions around Europe.
We are now calling for new members of the European Stem Cell Group. We appointed 17 new members in 2009, and up to 24 will be appointed in 2010 as a result of this call.
Membership benefits
Members of the European Stem Cell Group will become Associate Principal Investigators (APIs) of EuroSyStem and will have access to a whole host of EuroSyStem resources:
- Annual closed meeting
- Exchange of ideas with other experts
- Work groups for pre-publication discussion
- Bursary scheme for exchanges visits
