Professor Austin Smith has expertise in the field of mouse developmental biology and has pioneered key advances in the field of embryonic stem cellⁱ research. Austin was the Project Co-ordinator for the original EuroStemCell, is Deputy Coordinator for another FP6 project, ESTOOLS, and is Project Co-ordinator in FP7 project EuroSyStem.
