Stem Cell Flow Cytometry analyses – characterization of pluripotent and differentiated iPS cells

Event date: 14 March 2018 to 15 March 2018

Location: Cologne , Germany

This 2-day training course focuses on the basic principles of human embryonic stem cell (hESC) and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) research. Encompassing theoretical presentations and practical lab sessions, the course covers critical steps required for ESC/iPSC research including cell culture and characterization. Participants will hear about ESC/iPSC cultivation techniques and different characterization methods. Furthermore, the training provides hands-on experience in flow cytometric analysis of pluripotent and differentiated iPSCs, introducing a complete workflow for the functional characterization of human pluripotent stem cell lines.
