The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) has issued another ‘Homecomer’ Call for young scientists who have been working abroad and wish to set up a junior group in NRW (funding 1,25 Mio. € across 5 years). This year’s call is focused on medically relevant research and thus particularly suitable for young stem cell scientists. There are a number of exciting research institutions in NRW the candidates can choose from, and the Institute of Reconstructive Neurobiology (Director: Prof. Dr. Oliver Brüstle) have successfully implemented new groups using this tool here in Bonn. Deadline is January 11, 2021.
